End of week, and you want to close out and set up the next one.
Act as my productivity coach. Here's my week: [what I did / didn't / what's pending]. Help me: (1) name what actually moved the needle; (2) what to drop or delegate; (3) my top 3 priorities for next week; (4) the one thing that, if done, makes the week a win. Be honest if I'm busy but not productive.

Word of the DayFew-Shot Prompting
Few-shot prompting gives the model a few worked examples of the task so it copies the pattern for your real input.

Try ThisTry This
Add 'ask me clarifying questions before you answer' to any real task. Letting the model gather context first is the single fastest fix for generic output.
Don't Do ThisDon't paste anything you would not email to a stranger
Customer lists, unreleased numbers, salary data and personal details routinely get pasted into consumer chat tools whose retention settings nobody in the room has read.
Instead: Redact before you paste — swap real names for Client A, real figures for round placeholders. Ask your IT team which tool is approved before you use it on anything real.
