Prompt of the DayTurn scattered feedback into a clear action list

You got a pile of comments (reviews, survey answers, edits) and need to act.

Here's a batch of feedback. Group it into themes, rank the themes by how often they appear and how important they are, and give me a prioritized action list. Separate 'quick wins' from 'bigger changes.' Note any feedback that contradicts other feedback.

Tell it what NOT to do. 'No corporate jargon,' 'don't hedge,' 'no bullet points' — negative constraints shape output as much as positive ones.

Don't Do ThisDon't skip who it is and who it is for

"Write a project update" gives you generic corporate mush, because you have not said whose voice it is in or who reads it.

Instead: Give it three things every time: a role, an audience, and a format. "You are a delivery lead. Write for a sceptical finance director. Five bullets, no adjectives."
